Deleting Your A1 Cabs Account

You can delete your A1 Cabs account and personal details at any time from inside the A1 Cabs app:

Ask us to delete your account in either of these ways:

• Email admin@a1cabs.ca from the email address on your account, or include the mobile number you sign in with, and ask us to delete your account.
• Call 780 518 3503 and ask us to delete your account.

We may ask you to confirm the account is yours before we delete it.

Your name, phone number, email address, saved addresses, ride history and any saved payment methods.

Only the records we are legally required to retain: booking and payment records, which are held for seven years under Canadian tax and licensing rules. These are anonymised, so they are no longer linked to you.

Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request.

You can also download a copy of everything we hold about you from inside the app, under Profile, without deleting your account.
